About Wazifni

Wazifni is a platform that connects job seekers and freelancers with companies in Lebanon. Wazifni is not an employer, an employment agency, or a party to any work relationship created through the platform. All agreements, negotiations and hiring decisions are made directly between users.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wazifni.

Your account and truthful information

You are responsible for your account and must provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information in your profile and job posts.

Rules of use

You may not post fake, misleading or scam job offers. You may not ask job seekers to pay money — in any form — in order to apply for or obtain a job.

Harassment, discrimination and any abusive behaviour towards other users are strictly prohibited.

Enforcement

If you break these terms, we may remove content you published, and suspend or restrict your account.

If you see a job post, profile or message that breaks these rules, use the Report button — our team reviews every report.

Company responsibility

Companies are fully responsible for the job posts they publish, the information they provide, and their hiring and employment decisions.

Limitation of liability

Wazifni is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform or from any relationship between users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
