Who we are

Wazifni is a job marketplace that connects local talent in Lebanon with businesses. The platform is operated by Apex Flow Softwares. You can contact us at any time at apexflowsoftwares@gmail.com.

Data we collect

When you create an account and a profile, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city, CV (resume), profile photo, a picture of your ID, portfolio photos (for freelancers), job applications including cover letters, and the messages you exchange on the platform.

We also collect basic usage analytics (for example, which pages are visited) to understand how the platform is used and to improve it.

Why we use your data

We use your data to match job seekers and freelancers with companies, to verify identity and keep the platform safe, to let companies review applications and message applicants through the platform, and to operate and improve the service. We never sell your data.

Who can see what

Your profile information is visible only to you and our administrators — unless you choose to be listed in the public directory. The public directory shows only: your name, headline, category, city, skills, languages, availability, profile photo, bio and rate.

Companies can see an applicant's name, profile and CV (which may contain the applicant's contact details) for applications submitted to their own job posts — but never the email address or phone number stored in the account. Your ID picture is visible only to you and to platform administrators, for verification. CVs and ID pictures are stored privately and are never shown publicly.

Company profiles publicly show only: the company name, industry, city, description and website. Company phone numbers and email addresses are private.

All contact between users happens through in-app messages. Users choose for themselves whether to share contact details (such as a phone number or email address) inside the chat.

Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted by our platform provider, Base44, and is stored securely on its infrastructure.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profiles are removed and your uploaded files (CV, ID picture, profile and portfolio photos) are unlinked and can no longer be accessed through the app. Files uploaded before 25 September 2026 may remain accessible via old links until we remove them on request.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data at any time from your profile. You can delete your account — which removes your profiles — via Profile > Account > Delete account, or by contacting us at apexflowsoftwares@gmail.com.

Legal framework

This policy is issued in accordance with Lebanon's Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data, which protects the privacy of your personal data.
